Quiet by design.
MELDO has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. This page explains the little that is stored, and the little that leaves your device. Effective 12 October 2026.
The short version
- We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos.
- We do not show ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- Your progress lives on your device. We run no server that holds it.
- The only third parties involved are Apple (Game Center and the App Store) and RevenueCat (which processes in-app purchases).
What stays on your device
MELDO saves the following locally so the game can resume where you stopped. None of it is sent to us.
- Your current run (depth, size, colours, memory rings) and your best results.
- Your pearl balance, the skins you own and the skin you have equipped.
- Your settings, such as whether sound is muted.
Deleting the app deletes this data. Because it is stored only on your device, it cannot be recovered or moved to another device by us.
What leaves your device

RevenueCat acts as our processor and does not use this information to track you across apps. See the RevenueCat privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy for how they handle data.
Game Center
Sign-in to Game Center is handled by iOS and is optional. If you are signed in, your Game Center alias and scores may appear on MELDO's leaderboards, visible to other players, as with any Game Center game. If you are not signed in, MELDO works exactly the same, minus the leaderboards. You can manage Game Center in iOS Settings.
Purchases
Pearl packs are optional, consumable in-app purchases. They are cosmetic currency and are never required to play. Your pearl balance is stored on your device, so deleting MELDO removes it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Children
MELDO does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no ads, no chat, no social features beyond Game Center, and no links out of the game.
Your rights and choices
Because we hold no personal information about you ourselves, there is little for us to access or delete. If you would like RevenueCat's record associated with your anonymous ID deleted, or have any other privacy request or question, write to us and we will help. Depending on where you live, you may have rights of access, correction and deletion under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear here with a new effective date. Material changes will be mentioned in the app's release notes.
